Güncel Seramik Lamina Veneer Simantasyon Protokolü

Günümüz diş hekimliğinde, seramik lamina veneer restorasyonlar üstün estetik özellikleri, minimal diş dokusu kaybı ve biyouyumlulukları gibi avantajlarından dolayı, hekimler ve hastalar tarafından tercih edilen minimal invaziv bir tedavidir. Seramik lamina veneer restorasyonların ön plana çıkmasıyla beraber çok fazla sayıda araştırmaya konu olmuş ve farklı adezyon sistemleri geliştirilmiştir. Seramik lamina veneer restorasyonlarının labaratuvar aşamaları, diş ve restorasyona uygulanan yüzey işlemleri ve restorasyonun simantasyon aşamaları dikkatli bir şekilde uygulanmalıdır. Seramik lamina veneer restorasyonlarının uzun dönem başarısı için, kullanılan seramik materyalinin içeriğine ve mikro yapısına göre uygun yüzey işlemleri uygulanmalı ve adeziv sistem ile simantasyon yapılmalıdır. Adeziv simantasyonun teknik hassasiyet gerektirmesi ve adeziv sisteme uygun bonding ajanının kullanılması gerekliliği seramik lamina veneer restorasyonlarının uzun dönem başarısında oldukça önemlidir. Seramik lamina veneer restorasyonların adeziv simantasyonunu kolaylaştırmak için aşama sayısı azaltılmış farklı bonding ajanları üretilmiştir. Bu derleme çalışmasının amacı güncel seramik lamina veneer restorasyonların simantasyon protokolü, kullanılan güncel bonding ajanları ve farklı bonding sistemleri hakkında bilgi sağlamaktır.

Current Ceramic Laminate Veneer Cementation Protocol

In today’s dentistry, ceramic laminate veneer restorations are a minimally invasive treatment preferred by clinicians and patients due to their superior aesthetic properties, minimal tooth tissue loss and biocompatibility. With the prominence of ceramic laminate veneer restorations, it has been the subject of many studies and different adhesion systems have been developed. The laboratory stages of ceramic lamina veneer restorations, the surface treatments applied to the tooth and restoration and the cementation stages of the restoration should be carefully applied. For the long-term success of ceramic lamina veneer restorations, appropriate surface treatments should be applied according to the content and microstructure of the ceramic material used and cementation should be done with an adhesive system. Adhesive cementation requires technical precision and the use of bonding agent suitable for the adhesive system is very important in the long-term success of ceramic lamina veneer restorations. Different bonding agents with reduced number of steps have been produced to facilitate the adhesive cementation of ceramic laminate veneer restoration. The aim of this review was to provide information about the current ceramic laminate veneer restorations cementation protocol, current bonding agents and different bonding systems.
